Hillel joined Maniv in 2022 as an Analyst to support the team’s deal flow, market research, and business development activities.

In the two years after moving to Israel in 2020, Hillel worked in operational and analytical roles at Zencity, a Tel Aviv-based GovTech startup that uses AI-powered social media, survey, and engagement tools to help local governments hear from a wider array of resident voices and make data-driven decisions. Prior to that, he worked in Washington, DC, at an economic consulting firm specializing in antitrust litigation and in Germany and Greece for an Israeli humanitarian aid organization working with refugees and displaced persons. He also held numerous internships at think tanks and NGOs during his undergraduate studies.

Hillel graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Economics and minors in History and Hebrew.
