Operations and Investment Analyst

Matanya Harow joined Maniv in 2025 as an Operations & Investment Analyst, supporting both the firm’s investment activities and internal operations. Prior to Maniv, Matanya was a Senior Strategy Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, where he advised some of Israel’s largest companies across sectors including defense, finance, energy, and industry. His work focused on helping clients navigate complex strategic challenges in rapidly evolving markets. During his undergraduate studies, he worked in the Chief Economist’s Office at the Israeli Ministry of Finance. Matanya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is married and a proud father.
