Miran earned her B.Sc. (2011) in Civil and Environmental Engineering, M.Sc. (2015, Cum Laude) and Ph.D. (2022) in Transportation Engineering, all from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
During her graduate studies, she joined the Technion Sustainable Mobility and Robust Transportation (T-SMART) Laboratory, at which she conducted research in traffic control and mathematical optimization, with emphasis on integrating bus priority measures within signalized intersections.During her academic journey, she published and reviewed scientific papers, participated in organizing committees for several conferences and was a teaching assistant for Transportation Engineering and Management course.
She was awarded several excellence awards, the latest is The Israeli Smart Transportation Research Center (ISTRC) Excellence Award, a distinction she received for her Ph.D. research.
